A seamless, energising class that flows from one movement to the next — suitable for most experience levels with options offered.

If you are looking for a strong, steady Reformer session and to feel like you've worked every muscle in your body.

Level: Intermediate 

Pace: Fast 

A low-impact, high-energy reformer class using the jumpboard to build cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination — without stressing your joints.

Perfect for:

Confident regulars and members wanting to get their heart rate up
