Our Qualified Reformer Instructors

Kate Manfredi
As the founder of STUDIO FORMA my ultimate drive is to improve the lives of our clients. I am a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor with a further qualification in Pilates for menopause. Through regular attendance at our classes, my aim is to help you to feel better about yourself, feel stronger, more confident and empowered to age with vitality. This is what Reformer Pilates has done for me and I want to share it with you. Welcome to our lovely community!

Ashleigh Weekes
After becoming a mother, I realised I didn’t want to exercise how I had before, heavy lifting & putting my body under stress. I wanted something that was more gentle & softer so I started Pilates.
By just attending classes once or twice a week I felt more confident & stronger.
I love to help people grow & become their best self, so when I decided to become an instructor, it just felt aligned.
I want people to feel the same way I did after a class, confident, stronger & happier.

If 25 years in the fitness industry has taught me anything, it’s that movement should make you feel strong, empowered and it should definitely make you smile. I’m a strength training gal at heart but there is more than enough space for everything - and everyone!
Classes will blend strength, control, maybe a little shake where we can discover what our bodies are capable of. No ego, no perfection just support and hopefully a giggle along the way.

Harrie Edwards
I fell in love with Pilates at 16 while training at dance college and now teach to share its transformative power. My light-hearted classes meet you exactly where you are, using breath-led, precise, controlled movement so you leave feeling taller and stronger. Expect community, connection and a little singing every session!

Lara Drew
After recovering from bacterial meningitis, my relationship with my body completely changed.
Pilates helped me rebuild strength, confidence and self-love through mindful, intentional movement.
That journey deeply influences how I teach. I guide movement with clarity, grace and care, while drawing from my background in the performing arts to create classes that feel both energetic and expressive.
My goal is to help you feel supported, confident and at home in your body.

I started reformer Pilates 2 years ago wanting to try something new alongside the gym. I wasn’t expecting much but the changes in my body and the way it made me feel is where my love for Pilates grew. Training to become an instructor has been one of the most challenging and rewarding things I have done. The deeper you go into how the body moves, the more fascinating it gets.
My classes are a comfortable space where you can feel confident, have fun, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of!

I fell in love with Pilates because of how it makes you feel. Stronger and more connected to your body and more confident outside of the studio too. I love that it can challenge you while still giving you time to slow down and focus on yourself.
My teaching style is supportive, encouraging and focused on good technique. I like my classes to feel welcoming and fun but still a good challenge. I want everyone to leave feeling proud of what their body can do.

Seren Smalley
For years, living with endometriosis, PCOS & adenomyosis meant movement often felt hard or like something my body fought against. Then I found Pilates, and it changed how I felt in my own body. Through it I've found gentle strength, greater comfort, and a way of moving that honours wherever I am on any given day.
Because I walk this path too, I bring real, lived understanding to every class. I specialise in supporting people navigating hormonal health and chronic pelvic pain, Of course, I love teaching all levels too, every body and every story is welcome here.
